Thought for the Day
"Oh, it is wonderful to know that our Heavenly Father loves us - even with all our flaws! His love is such that even should we give up on ourselves, He never will. We see ourselves in terms of yesterday and today. Our Heavenly Father sees us in terms of forever. Although we might settle for less, Heavenly Father won't, for He sees us as the glorious beings we are capable of becoming."

Conference Sure Was Great Today, Huh?!
Wow, I just loved all the talks and messages today! What was your favorite? :) Mine was Elder Ballards talk about/for Mothers! Yep, just what I needed!
As President Monson talked at the end, Elizabeth smiled and said, "This guy sure is funny!" I think she likes our new Prophet! LOL
Mom, you asked about YW General Conference yesterday. Everything was real good! The Conference was GREAT! BUT only 4 girls out of the whole Stake. I think there were about 15 YW Leaders and a few Bishops. Not much more than last time I think. I wonder whats going to happen now. :(
We went over to Greg & Jackies yesterday (my brother). We helped to lay sod in the back yard. And then we all had fun playing around. We really enjoy hanging out with those guys!
Other than that, not much else happening.

My New Baby!!
As some of you know, Elizabeth and I have been making bracelets to sell at a friend's boutique. Well, the boutique has fallen through and I have a stock of bracelets just sitting here. I decided to combine my love for making bracelets and my love of blogging to create a blogsite to sell my bracelet. So, a site has been born!!
littlethingsboutique.blogspot.com
Check it out! But be patient as I put up pictures, sizing, and prices! Send the website to friends or family that might be interested. And check back often, I have some fun things in the works. :)

My Patient Hubby
I am so grateful to have such a patient and kind Hubby. He woke up this morning and guess what his wife was doing? Playing on the computer! I tend to do this more and more often. I know it has to be frustrating for him. The past few days I have made a concerted effort to make sure the house was clean and things were done that needed to be. I have done really well, if I may say so myself. I've been very organized and clean. But not today! :) I even told Bret, "I'm sorry but this morning I'm going to be lazy!"
I've realized that I'm too hard on my Sweetie! Sometimes I get frustrated because I expect more out of him. Today I thought about how nice it is for me to be able to have some down time if I need it. Bret and I both agree that being a stay at home mom is a lot harder than having a job. It's harder in different ways. But the plus side is that you can also control things easier than you can with a job. If I've had a tough night (like a few days ago), I can change our schedule or whatever so that I can take a nap. Bret can't. He has to go to work and be there and can't just play on the computer when he needs a break. My "job" is 24/7/365. But I get 10 minutes (sometimes more sometimes less) here and there to do what I like.
SO.....
Dear Bret, this is my little public apology! I'm sorry that I'm so hard on you! I love you and appreciate ALL you do for us. :) Kisses!
On a different note, I have another page for you all! :)

Well, tonight is date night! Any ideas on good movies out right now? Or do you think Bret would be excited to sit and talk with me (laughing at my stupid jokes) all evening while I play with my digipages?! LOL I don't think so either!
Hugs to all!
