Thought for the Day

"Oh, it is wonderful to know that our Heavenly Father loves us - even with all our flaws! His love is such that even should we give up on ourselves, He never will. We see ourselves in terms of yesterday and today. Our Heavenly Father sees us in terms of forever. Although we might settle for less, Heavenly Father won't, for He sees us as the glorious beings we are capable of becoming."

Our First Broken Bone

You know, I think that most mothers out there are going to be flabergasted. I personally know some that have had 3 or 4 broken bones with their kids. Sometimes PER kids! :) But honestly and truly this is our first one!

And it's only a broken finger! How did it happen? Being naughty of course!!! Livvy and Elizabeth were jumping off of my bed into a pile of pillows and blankets. She landed with her knees right onto her finger. Nothing like a Pinky to break your fall, huh?!
She's doing ok. 2 hours in Urgent Care really stinks though. :)

Oh my gosh! I am glad she is ok and that she didn't do that at my house! Tell her I hope she is feeling better soon!

I am sure 2 hours gave you plenty of time to study your talk for church tomorrow!

She's still smiling though. Mom is probably not smiling as much especially after 2 hours in urgent, dirty lobby, scary people, care.
