Thought for the Day

"Oh, it is wonderful to know that our Heavenly Father loves us - even with all our flaws! His love is such that even should we give up on ourselves, He never will. We see ourselves in terms of yesterday and today. Our Heavenly Father sees us in terms of forever. Although we might settle for less, Heavenly Father won't, for He sees us as the glorious beings we are capable of becoming."

Date Night!

Well, the bra is off; the ugly but oh so comfortable clothes are on; the house is empty; and the laptop is in my lap - I am ready for date night! Are you a little confused - where is my date? Well, he had another more important date; Elizabeth for a Daddy Daughter Date. She was SOOOOO excited!
Last time I had an alone Date Night I was very sad. I went around town cranky and missing Bret. I have learned from that experience and now chosen to do things differently this time around. I am doing exactly what I want and I am quite happy now. :)
So everyone, enjoy your evening - I'm sure I shall!
Hugs!

Well while your bra is off, go to my blog.... Look under the places I lurk.... Check out The Sprague Lab AND The Pioneer Woman. Both are excellent photography sites that might keep your interest. I've been playing today. Ignored my kids for hours......

I'm glad you had fun at home alone while we had a fabulous time at the DDD! I am glad it's over though. Why, oh why do we do things like that to ourselves? We always seem to come up with these grand plans and forget how much work it will end up being! I'm glad they had a good time. :)

Your night sounded like mine. DJ's been at guard, one of these years he'll be home.:) Caylas off, who knows where, she told me but you know who keeps track. The boys were doing their thing also. Lifes so much fun!
