Thought for the Day

"Oh, it is wonderful to know that our Heavenly Father loves us - even with all our flaws! His love is such that even should we give up on ourselves, He never will. We see ourselves in terms of yesterday and today. Our Heavenly Father sees us in terms of forever. Although we might settle for less, Heavenly Father won't, for He sees us as the glorious beings we are capable of becoming."

A New Background....

All by myself! :) We had a fun Enrichment last night about blogging. I want to try a few new things, but don't have the time to fiddle with them so I just changed my background for now.

Tonight is date night. :) It's also "Free Day" with my food. I can have whatever I want today. Yippeeeee!

I think that for my Birthday I might get PhotoShop. :) Anyone know how much Elements costs? I'd also like a Food Processor - but I think that can wait a little longer. I want to make sure that I'm going to really stick with this Sneaky Chef stuff.
Speaking of...
Last night we had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans on the side. In the food was Sneaky cauliflower, zucchini, collard greens, brocolli, and peas. I think everyone enjoyed it. I had to leave for Enrichment so I didn't see them eating it, but Bret said that they ate it fine. He said that he liked the meatloaf (he doesn't like normal meatloaf) so I guess this one passed the test. I have a broth based meatloaf recipe that he LOVES, I'll have to try the sneaky stuff in it and see how he likes that one.
I think tomorrow that I'll try my stroganof recipe with some sneaky stuff mixed in. Maybe a nice salad on the side too. Oh, and some homemade rolls with sneaky stuff in them too.
Today I made some cinnamon rolls with sneaky stuff mixed in. The dough is yummy so far. They are raising right now so I'll have to tell you tomorrow how the end result turned out. :)

Well, I really should get busy today. Plus, I need a little bit of lunch - as Livvy says, "My tummy's talking, he's hungry!".
Hugs to you all and a happy day too!

Love the new background! I think photoshop elements only costs around $100. Photoshop (the real one, not just elements) costs around $650! I use elements 2.0, but now it's up to 6.0! Someday I'll upgrade!

Hey Steph! Happy Birthday! Love the new background. I think it is $100 too. We have it here. I am not sure what upgrade we have. I won't the real deal.

That's cute about Livy. Drew tell's me his tummy is rumbling (Pooh bear).

Love the background! Just got ps elements. Runs about $70-$80 bucks. LOVE IT! Don't have a clue what I'm doing though. Curious about your sneaky chef thing. I want to hear more... My daughter won't eat anything natural... Seriously.
